Abstract:
A polylactic acid-glycolic acid calcium carbonate microparticle, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. For the polylactic acid-glycolic acid calcium carbonate microparticle, polylactic acid-glycolic acid and polylactic acid-glycolic acid-polyethylene glycol are used as a shell layer and calcium carbonate is used as a core layer. Further disclosed are the use of the above-mentioned polylactic acid-glycolic acid calcium carbonate microparticle in the preparation of an adjuvant for tumor immunotherapy. The polylactic acid-glycolic acid calcium carbonate particles have a good effect in regulating the slightly acidic environment of tumors, can enhance the effect of tumor immunotherapy, and can reduce the content of immunosuppressive cells in tumors, increase the content of immune cells capable of killing tumors, promote polarization of tumor-related macrophages from M2 to M1, effectively reverse the immunosuppressive microenvironment of a tumor, activate anti-tumor immunity, and inhibit tumor growth.
