Abstract:
A polylactic acid (PLA) nano double-layer fiber membrane filter element and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: first preparing a PLA melt electrospinning nanofiber membrane (MME); then arranging a TPU nanoparticle binder on a surface of the MME; then preparing a PLA solution electrospinning fiber membrane (MSE) by using the MME as a receiving base material and using the surface in which the binder is located as a receiving surface; and finally, carrying out low-pressure thermal bonding by using a thermal treatment means to obtain a filter element. In the obtained filter element, the ratio of the diameter median of the MME fiber to the diameter median of the MSE fiber is 1.2-3; the gram weight of the MSE is 0.1-0.2 g/m2, and the gram weight of the MME is 10-30 g/m2; and the filtering efficiency of the filter element on particles of 0.3 μm is 93-99%, air suction resistance is ≤200 Pa, and the filtering efficiency is attenuated to within 7% after ten instances of sterilization. The obtained filter element is degradable and reusable.
