Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a polymer actuator element which has good response characteristics and displacement characteristics. [Solution] A polymer actuator element (1) is provided with: an electrolyte layer (10); a pair of electrode layers (21, 22) which are formed on both surfaces of the electrolyte layer (10) and respectively contain gel-like compositions (26, 28) respectively containing conductive fillers (25, 27); a pair of collector layers (31, 32) for applying a control voltage to the pair of electrode layers (21, 22); and anisotropically conductive layers (41, 42) which are respectively arranged between the pair of electrode layers (21, 22) and the pair of collector layers (31, 32), and which are flexible and have electrical conductivity only in the film thickness direction.
