Abstract:
The present invention provides a polymer blend comprising a general composition including a rare earth element, an element of Group VIA, an element of Group VA, a first fully halogenated organic group, a second fully halogenated organic group, and one of a perfluoropolymer, a fluoropolymer, and an optical polymer. Methods of forming the polymer blend are also disclosed.
