Abstract:
Provided are a polymer composition which makes it possible to provide a hydrophilic member having superior hydrophilicity on a substrate surface, enhanced water resistance, and durability; a hydrophilic composition containing the polymer composition; and a hydrophilic member in which a hydrophilic film having superior hydrophilicity, enhanced water resistance, and durability is formed on a substrate. The polymer composition includes a hydrophilic polymer containing at least one type of hydrophilic group and includes 0 to 4.0 mass% of a hydrophobic component having a logP value from -0.30 to 3.00.
