Abstract:

Compositions suitable for use in extrusion coating are claimed. The compositions comprise a mixture of a homogeneous ethylene polymer and a heterogeneous ethylene polymer together with a high melt strength polyolefin. Film layers made from the compositions have improved "neck-in" and excellent heat seal initiation.
