Title:
POLYMER COMPOUND AND ORGANIC THIN FILM CONTAINING SAID POLYMER COMPOUND
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/129640
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a polymer compound having a structural unit represented by formula (1). (In the formula, R represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group of 1-30 carbon atoms or a substituent group having an alkyl group of 1-30 carbon atoms, and said alkyl group may optionally be substituted by at least one group selected from a set consisting of a halogen atom, an alkoxy group of 1-30 carbon atoms, an alkylthio group of 1-30 carbon atoms, an alkylcarbonyl group of 2-30 carbon atoms, an alkoxycarbonyl group of 2-30 carbon atoms, a dialkylamino group of 2-30 carbon atoms, an aryl group of 6-30 carbon atoms, a monovalent heterocyclic group of 2-30 carbon atoms and a substituted silyl group of 3-30 carbon atoms. The two R's may be the same or different.)
