Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a laminate wherein an ion conductive polymer electrolyte membrane, in which the difference between the contact angle with water of one side and that of the other side is not more than 30˚, is arranged on a supporting base in such a manner that one of the sides of the polymer electrolyte membrane is joined with the supporting base. This method for producing a laminate is characterized by comprising a step for preparing a polymer electrolyte solution by dissolving a polymer electrolyte into a solvent, which polymer electrolyte contains an ion conductive polymer having an aromatic group in the main chain and/or a side chain and an ion-exchange group directly bonded or indirectly bonded through another atom or atomic group to the aromatic group; and another step for forming a polymer electrolyte film on a supporting base by flow-casting and applying the polymer electrolyte solution over the supporting base.
