Abstract:
Provided is a novel copolymer having a structure derived from 1,2-difluoroethylene. Also provided is a ferroelectric material having piezoelectric properties and having excellent durability in high-temperature atmospheres. This copolymer is a polymer comprising a structural unit (A) derived from 1,2-difluoroethylene and a constituent unit (B) derived from vinylidene fluoride (VDF). This ferroelectric material is one formed from the polymer.
