Abstract:
Provided are a polymer film having excellent substrate adhesion, and a laminate using the polymer film. This polymer film has a layer A and a layer B on at least one surface of the layer A. The layer B includes: a polymer or a liquid crystal polymer having a dielectric loss tangent of no more than 0.01 or no more than 0.005; and a compound having a functional group. The functional group is at least one type of group selected from the group consisting of groups that can form a covalent bond, groups that can form an ionic bond, groups that can form a hydrogen bond, groups that can participate in a dipole interaction, and groups that can be involved in a curing reaction.
