Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polymer hydrogel including fulvic acid and minoxidil, a composition containing same as an active ingredient for promoting hair regrowth, and a manufacturing method therefor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the polymer hydrogel includes minoxidil and a fulvic acid-bearing polymer that contains minoxidil and simultaneously releases minoxidil and fulvic acid in a sustained manner.
