The present invention relates to a polymer-metal catalyst hybrid material for water oxidation catalytic reaction, and a preparation method therefor and, more specifically, provides: a polymer-metal catalyst hybrid material capable of promoting the reactivity of a metal catalyst, to be used in a water oxidation reaction, and improving the stability thereof; and a preparation method therefor.
