Abstract:
The present invention provides a polymer wherein a linking group that connects a cyclic perfluoroaliphatic disulfonimide skeleton and the main chain of the polymer is a fluoroalkylene group that may have an ether oxygen atom. A polymer which has one or both of a unit represented by formula u1-1 and a unit represented by formula u1-2. In the formulae, each of RF1 and RF 2 represents a perfluoroalkylene group having 1-3 carbon atoms; RF3 represents a perfluoroalkylene group having 1-6 carbon atoms; m represents 0 or 1; and X represents a hydrogen atom, an alkali metal atom, a fluorine atom, an alkyl group, an ammonium or the like.
