Abstract:
Provided is a polymer film manufacturing method that makes it possible to suppress deterioration in the physical properties and appearance of a polymer film due to gel defects, while also reducing problems such as coloration and an increase in the peel strength thereof. Also provided are: a laminate manufacturing method that makes it possible to suppress gel defects, while reducing warpage of a laminate and warpage of a resin layer after peeling; and a flexible substrate manufacturing method utilizing said method. A polymer production method according to the present invention is characterized by including: a step for applying a solution containing a polymer precursor onto a support; and a step for causing a chemical reaction of the polymer precursor, wherein a reaction accelerator for promoting the chemical reaction of the polymer precursor is provided in advance on the surface of the support. The present invention also relates to a polymer film manufacturing method employing said method, a laminate manufacturing method, and a flexible substrate manufacturing method utilizing said laminate manufacturing method.
