Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of polymer impurity removal, and provides a polymer purification process and purification system. The purification process comprises the following steps: firstly, adding a polymerization solution containing salt impurities to a precipitation liquid, and obtaining polymer particles; then, under conditions of spraying the precipitation liquid, squeezing the obtained polymer particles, removing the salt impurities in the polymer, and obtaining a cleaned polymer, the salt impurities being dissolved in the precipitation liquid; finally, removing the precipitation liquid from the obtained cleaned polymer, and obtaining a purified polymer. The liquid content of the squeezed polymer particles is relatively low, thereby reducing cross-contamination between the precipitation liquid and washing liquids, and significantly reducing the treatment costs and solvent loss of the various washing liquids, as well as waste water and waste liquid discharge.
