Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a leaf-stacked guided bone regeneration membrane having a membrane layer with a small average pore size at an upper part thereof and having a leaf-stacked structure in the inside and lower part thereof; and a preparation method therefor. The present invention is harmless to the human body since toxic organic materials are not used, and a guided bone regeneration membrane having a leaf-stacked structure can be manufactured by a simple method. In addition, according to the present invention, the leaf-stacked guided bone regeneration membrane allows the sustained release of a bioactive factor only by means of a leaf-stacked structure without using any additive and surface modification method, thereby being very effective in bone regeneration.
