The present invention relates to a polymer resin composition, and a polymer film and a resin laminate using same, the polymer resin composition comprising: a polyamide resin having a reduced individual crystal average particle diameter measured by a small-angle X-ray scattering apparatus through a structure having crosslinked segments; and at least one selected from the group consisting of a metal salt compound, and an end-capping agent compound.
