Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polymer structure produced using gaseous molecular layer deposition and cleavable by an external stimulus. The polymer structure according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a base member, a polymer transmission mediator formed on the base member by gaseous molecular layer deposition, a linker formed on the transmission mediator, and a transmitter bound to the linker, wherein the bond between the linker and the transmitter is cleavable by an external stimulus.
