Abstract:
Disclosed are a polymer valve material, a preparation method for integrally molding same, and use thereof. The preparation method comprises a spinning step, i.e., electrospinning a polyurethane A solution to a receiver and obtaining a prefabricated film on the receiver, and a compounding step, i.e., compounding polyurethane B with the prefabricated film to obtain the polymer valve material. The present application solves the problems in existing impregnating processes that a valve is not uniform with regard to thickness of each part, weak points exist in the valve, the valve is prone to be torn at the weak points, and the like, and thereby solves the problems that existing valves are prone to creep and have relatively low overall strength and poor tear resistance.
