Abstract:
A polymer wax powder having a self-repairing function and a preparation method therefor, the polymer wax powder being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 55-75 parts of a polyethylene wax, 1-20 parts of an allyl bisphenol A epoxy resin, 0.5-2 parts of hydroxyalkylamide, 0.5-5 parts of a silane coupling agent, 5-25 parts of a carboxyl-terminated saturated polyester, and 0.5-5 parts of an accelerator. The preparation method therefor comprises the steps of component mixing, melt extrusion, micronization, cross-linking by electron irradiation, and so on. By employing the described method, a composite polymer wax micropowder having an average particle diameter of 1 um-75 um may be prepared; the wax micropowder may be used as a polyester or epoxy polyester powder coating self-repairing functional additive such that the hardness of a surface of a powder coating layer is improved, stain resistance is enhanced, and the coating layer is imparted with a self-repairing function.
