Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of fine chemical engineering, and specifically relates to a polymerizable surfactant with reducibility and a preparation method therefor. The polymerizable surfactant with reducibility is obtained by reacting an acid anhydride with a long-chain fatty alcohol to obtain a monoester product of an intermediate acid anhydride, and then sequentially reacting the resulting intermediate with a hydrochloride of dimethylamino haloalkane, and finally post-processing same. The resulting polymerizable surfactant can not only serve as a reactive emulsifier for emulsification and is copolymerized with a monomer to obtain a soap-free emulsion, but can also form an oxidation-reduction initiation system with peroxides, and is subjected to an oxidation-reduction emulsion polymerization at a normal temperature. The soap-free emulsion that is synthesized from the synthesized polymerizable surfactant of the present invention can greatly reduce the energy consumption during production, and can be subjected to one-step emulsion polymerization at a normal temperature or a low temperature to obtain an environmentally friendly emulsion with a branched structure, thereby obtaining a coating with excellent water resistance, weather resistance and impact-resistance.
