Abstract:

Vinyl polymers containing reactive functional group(s) at a high ratio at a molecular chain end and curable compositions with the use of the same. Vinyl polymers having at least one group represented by general formula (1) at the molecular chain end per molecule; and curable compositions containing these vinyl polymers. In said formula, -Z-R-CR?1¿=CR?2¿R?3¿, Z represents oxygen, sulfur, NR' (wherein R' represents monovalent C¿1-20? hydrocarbyl) or a divalent organic C¿1-20? group; R represents carbonyl, a direct bond or a divalent organic C¿1-20? group; R?1¿ and R?2¿ are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or a monovalent organic C¿1-20? group; and R?3¿ represents a monovalent organic C¿1-20? group.
