Abstract:
The present invention discloses a polynucleotide for cell surface layer expression. This polynucleotide comprises a promoter, a secretion signal sequence, a sequence for encoding a target protein, and a sequence for encoding the protein localized to the cell surface layer or the cell membrane binding region thereof, and the promoter is a promoter of a gene encoding the protein localized to the cell surface layer. Provided is a polynucleotide for cell surface layer expression that enables production of yeast containing a highly active enzyme that is present in the cell surface layer.
