Abstract:
Disclosed are a polypeptide compound and an application thereof in the prevention or treatment of diabetes or a diabetes complication. The polypeptide compound shows good long-acting hypoglycemic effect and therapeutic effect of diabetic nephropathy, also has high enzymatic hydrolysis stability and high biological activity, and has no adverse reaction, and can be used for preparing drugs for the treatment of overeating and obesity and overweight, elevated cholesterol, diabetes, and diabetic nephropathy.
