Abstract:
Provided are a polypeptide compound, and a complex and use thereof, specifically relating to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemistry. The polypeptide compound is shown as formula I. Compared with the prior art, the provided peptoid compound can target integrin proteins such as αvβ5, α5β1, and αvβ3, is enriched in tumor cells having high integrin expression, and has an important function in diagnosis and/or treatment of tumors.
