Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polypeptide delivery composition, which comprises porous artificial chaperone particles having an average pore diameter of 1-100 nm, so as to make polypeptides become stapled, thereby fixedly changing the random-coiled three-dimensional structure of the polypeptides into a stable alpha-helical structure such that the stability and efficiency of the polypeptides can be remarkably improved.
