Title:
POLYPEPTIDE HAVING ANTIBACTERIAL EFFECT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/101664
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A polypeptide having antibacterial effect, the amino acid sequence being SEQ ID NO:1. The polypeptide has inhibitory effect on Vibrio harveyi and is used for preparing a product capable of inhibiting Vibrio harveyi. The polypeptide having antibacterial effect is separated and obtained from enzymatic hydrolysate of scallops. Feed additives made from the polypeptide can effectively enhance the disease resistance of aquatic animals. Therefore, the polypeptide is widely used for the preparation of aquatic feeds.
