Abstract:
Provided is a peptide that is usable as an imaging probe targeting GLP-1R.
In one embodiment, provided is a polypeptide represented by formula (3).
Xaa1-Leu-Ser-Lys-Gln-Met-Glu-Glu-Glu-Ala-Val-Arg-Leu-Phe-Ile-Glu-Trp-Leu-Lys-Asn-Gly-Gly-Pro-Ser-Ser-Gly-Ala-Pro-Pro-Pro-Ser (3) (SEQ ID NO:3)
In formula (3), Xaa1 represents aspartic acid to the α-amino group of which a group -Y-X' is attached [wherein: X' comprises a chelating moiety and a radionuclide metal that is chelated by the chelating moiety, and the chelating moiety is diethylenetriaminepentaacetic dianhydride (DTPA) or 1,4,7-triazacyclononnane-N,N',N"-triacetic acid (NOTA); and Y is a linker that contains a group selected from the group consisting of -CH2-(C6H4)-, -NH-C(=S)-, -NH-(CH2)5-C(=O)- and a combination thereof].
