Abstract:
The present invention provides a molecule that mimics the non-naturally-occurring three-dimensional structure of a denatured antibody, it being possible to use the molecule in quantitative evaluation of the denatured antibody. Specifically, the present invention provides a C-terminal deleted CH3 domain set forth in (i) or (ii): (i) a C-terminal deleted CH3 domain consisting of an amino acid sequence in which an amino acid is deleted within a range of 5-20 residues from the C-terminal side in an amino acid sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS: 1-7; or (ii) a C-terminal deleted CH3 domain consisting of an amino acid sequence in which an amino acid is deleted within a range of 5-20 residues from the C-terminal side in an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids in an amino acid sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOS: 1-7 have been substituted, deleted, inserted, and/or added, an AF.2A1 polypeptide specifically binding to said C-terminal deleted CH3 domain.
