Abstract:
Provided are polypeptide specifically bound with CD34 molecules and applications thereof. Amino acid sequences of the polypeptide are indicated by a sequence 1 and a sequence 2. Compared with an antibody, the polypeptide provided in the present invention has the characteristics of being easy to prepare, small in molecular weight, and being unlikely to generate an immunological rejection reaction and the like, has lower toxic and side effects, can be used as a marker of a CD34 positive expression cell, and can also be used as a substitute for a CD34 antibody.
