Abstract:
A polypeptide and a use thereof are provided. The polypeptide comprises an N-terminal sequence and a C-terminal sequence, the N-terminal sequence comprising one or more repeating units, and said repeating unit comprising an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. The present invention provides a use of a human body structural material for tissue filling and volume expansion. Since this does not require transplantation from the human body yet has a natural advantage in human tissue filling, it has prospects for broad use in fields such as breast augmentation, rhinoplasty and mid-face filling.
