Abstract:
The present invention relates to isolated polypeptides comprising the amino acid sequence of residues 378-413 of Mus musculus a -1-antitrypsyn (serpinalc), and active fragments thereof, and to pharmaceutical compositions comprising same. The compositions of the invention are useful for treating burns, inflammatory, autoimmune and degenerative diseases.
