Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of food processing. Disclosed is a polyphenol substance-based food anti-oxidation treatment apparatus. The present invention comprises an apparatus body and a control system for controlling the apparatus body. The apparatus body comprises a mixing cylinder, a mixing assembly, and a feeding assembly; the mixing assembly comprises a rotating column which is movably arranged in the middle, an auxiliary strip fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the mixing cylinder, and a mixing blade which is arranged on the rotating column. The feeding assembly comprises an feedstock square pipe through-connected to the mixing cylinder, a side part of the feedstock square pipe is movably provided with an upper grid baffle and a lower grid baffle, a pressure sensor is embedded in the upper surface of the lower grid baffle, the upper surface of the pressure sensor is provided with a bearing plate, two ends of the upper grid baffle and the lower grid baffle are provided with sealing strips, and one end of the upper grid baffle and one end of the lower grid baffle are respectively provided with a first electric telescopic rod and a second electric telescopic rod. According to the present invention, the polyphenol substance-based food anti-oxidation treatment apparatus has the advantages adding amount accuracy and a good mixing effect.
