Abstract:
The present invention provides, as a sealant for a packaging bag, a polypropylene-based film that has excellent heat-sealability, low-temperature impact resistance, blocking resistance, and anti-orange peel surface properties, and that can be suitably used in a laminate for retort-packaged foodstuff that is to be heated in a microwave oven. This polypropylene-based film is for retort packaging. In the polypropylene-based film, the limiting viscosity [η]CXS of a portion CXS soluble to 20°C xylene is 2.0-3.0 dl/g, the amount of the xylene soluble portion CXS is 10.0-15.5 mass%, the limiting viscosity [η] CXIS of a 20°C-xylene insoluble portion is 1.4-2.5 dl/g, the difference Δ[η] ([η]CXS-[η]CXIS) in limiting viscosities of the xylene soluble portion and the xylene insoluble portion is in a range of 0.1-0.5, and the average of the Young's moduli of the film in the machine direction (MD) and the traverse direction (TD) in a -10°C atmosphere is 800-1300 MPa.
