Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polypropylene composite material and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of polymer materials. The polypropylene composite material of the present invention comprises the following components: 40 to 98 parts by weight of polypropylene, 0 to 25 parts by weight of a toughening agent, 0 to 30 parts by weight of a filler, 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of non-oxidatively modified carbon black treated with a surface modification agent and an additive. The non-oxidatively modified carbon black has a specific surface area not more than 170 m2 and an oil absorption value not less than 70 mL/100 g, and the non-oxidatively modified carbon black has a high temperature volatile content less than 0.3%. The additive comprises 0.1 to 0.6 parts by weight of an antioxidant. The present invention, by using treated specific carbon black, can effectively reduce the negative influence of carbon black on the thermo-oxidative aging resistance of the polypropylene composite material, while reducing the amount of an antioxidant used in the product, reducing the cost and reducing the risk of antioxidant precipitation. The polypropylene composite material made in the present invention meets higher requirements of general automotive interior for thermo-oxidative aging, and has the characteristic of stable thermo-oxidative aging resistance.
