Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a novel polysaccharide derivative and a preparation method therefor, the derivative having a viscosity, at low concentration, superior to that of conventional cellulose ethers, which are an important ingredient of a thickener used in building materials, cosmetics and the like. The present invention provides a polysaccharide derivative having a structure of the following chemical formula.
