Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polysiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer with improved transparency and low temperature impact resistance, and a preparation method therefor and, more specifically, to: a polysiloxane-polycarbonate copolymer comprising, as a repeating unit, a polysiloxane of a specific structure, having a hydroxyphenyl group at both ends, and a block of a polycarbonate, and simultaneously having excellent low temperature impact resistance and excellent transparency; and a preparation method therefor.
