Abstract:
A polysiloxane-polyimide-polyurea copolymer and a preparation method therefor, and a heat-insulating coating and a preparation method therefor. A novel polysiloxane-polyimide-polyurea copolymer is synthesized, and the thermal stability of polyurethane is significantly improved by introducing a polyimide structure, thereby forming a dense and uniform expanded carbon layer at a high temperature, and achieving good flame-retardant and heat-insulating effects. By introducing a polysiloxane structure, on one hand, the crystallization tendency of an imide ring is weakened; on the other hand, the flexibility of a silicon-oxygen bond endows a polymer molecule main chain with better movement capability, such that the flexibility of the coating is improved without reducing the heat resistance thereof, thereby overcoming the defect of poor flexibility caused by a polyimide structure, and finally obtaining a flexible coating with good low-temperature flexibility and high-temperature flame retardance and heat insulation, wherein the flexibility is good at the low temperature of -70°C, the thermal stability is high, and an expanded and dense foamy carbon layer can be formed under the radiation of a 500 kw/m2 heat flow to achieve a good heat-insulating effect.
