Abstract:
Disclosed in the invention are a polyterephthalate-co-sebacate resin and a method for preparing same. The resin is prepared by polymerizing a diacid and diols. The diacid comprises, by molar percentage, 45 mol% - 55 mol% of terephthalic acid and 45 mol% - 55 mol% of sebacic acid; the diol is 1,4-butanediol. The polyterephthalate-co-sebacate resin has thermal parameters satisfying the following relation: Thalf width of crystallizing peak/(Tmelting point - Tcrystallizing temperature) = 0.05 - 0.26. A film with a thickness of 25±1 μm made from the polyterephthalate-co-sebacate resin has a static friction coefficient of 0.2 to 0.3 and a light transmittance of 90% or more, resulting in a balance between the light transmittance and static friction coefficient of the film by having a low static friction coefficient while maintaining a high light transmittance. The film can be processed successfully without adding an anti-block agent or compatibilizer, and the prepared polyterephthalate-co-sebacate resin demonstrates high transparency and processability.
