Provided are: a polyurethane adhesive composition which has excellent durability against hydrolysis, and a sufficiently long time for which the fluidity thereof is maintained (time for which the viscosity thereof is low) during a curing reaction; and a hollow fiber membrane module produced using the polyurethane adhesive composition. This polyurethane adhesive composition contains (A) one or more selected from aromatic polyisocyanates and denatured products thereof (hereinafter referred to as component (A)), and (B) a curing agent (hereinafter referred to as component (B)), wherein the component (B) includes 50 mass% or more of (B1) a polyol compound having 8 or more carbon atoms and having one or more secondary or tertiary hydroxy groups (hereinafter referred to as component (B1)), and a measurement of a polyurethane adhesive cured product obtained by a reaction of the component (A) with the component (B) using a microscopic Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (microscopic FT-IR) shows that the ratio (Te/Tu) of a transmittance (Te) at an absorption peak of 1720-1730 cm- 1 to a transmittance (Tu) at an absorption peak of 1708-1712 cm- 1 is less than 0.9.
