Abstract:
[Problem] To provide polyurethane foam excellent in terms of air permeability and laundering resistance, a garment material, a brassiere pad, a brassiere cup, and a method for producing the polyurethane foam.
[Solution] Polyurethane foam obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate ingredient comprising derivatives of one or more aliphatic polyisocyanates with a polyol ingredient, wherein the derivatives have an isocyanate concentration of 25 mass% or less and comprise an isocyanurate derivative of an aliphatic polyisocyanate and an allophanate derivative of an aliphatic polyisocyanate, the allophanate derivative being a product of the reaction of the aliphatic polyisocyanate with a monohydric alcohol. The polyisocyanate ingredient has an allophanate group content of 10-80 mol% and a urethodione group content less than 10 mol%, with respect to the whole polyisocyanate ingredient.
