Abstract:

The present invention relates to a polyurethane foam mask pack and a manufacturing method therefor and, more particularly, to a polyurethane foam mask pack comprising polyurethane foam that contains an effective ingredient within a cell formed by a foaming process using the effective ingredient, wherein the effective ingredient is at least one selected from the group consisting of hyaluronic acid, collagen, a paper mulberry extract, arbutin, ethyl ascorbyl ether, an oil-soluble licorice extract, ascorbyl glucoside, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, niacinamide, alpha-bisabolol, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, retinol, retinyl palmitate, adenosine, fibroblast growth factor(FGF), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), epidermal growth factor (EGF), polyethoxylated retinamide, and glycerin and is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 45 % by weight on the basis of 100 % by weight of the effective ingredient-containing polyurethane foam, and a manufacturing method therefor. Provided according to the present invention is a polyurethane foam mask pack that has excellent adhesion to the skin and assures excellent supply of moisture and a cosmetic solution to the skin. In particular, there is an effect of providing a polyurethane mask pack having a microporous polyurethane foam structure capable of providing an optimal environment under which an effective ingredient is absorbed into the skin.
