Abstract:
The present invention provides a polyurethane potting adhesive, comprising a material component A and a material component B. The material component A comprises castor oil, a first polyether polyol, a second polyether polyol, a mixing auxiliary agent, and aluminum hydroxide; the material component B comprises polymeric MDI; and the mixing auxiliary agent is a mixture of a wetting and dispersing agent, a viscosity reducer, and a defoamer. According to the polyurethane potting adhesive of the present invention, the problem that the defoaming capability of potting adhesives currently on the market is insufficient to completely eliminate air bubbles, and even if the air bubbles can be completely eliminated, an excessive amount of defoamer needs to be added to completely eliminate the air bubbles, however, the excessive addition amount of defoamer affects the shear strength of the polyurethane potting adhesives and causes reduction in the shear strength of the polyurethane potting adhesives, is solved.
