Abstract:
Provided is a polyurethane resin composition that: has exceptional blocking resistance, elastic recovery, and residual strain as well as exceptional unwinding properties and smoothness when applied to elastic fibers; has suppressed elevation of the polyurethane spinning dope viscosity over time; and is less likely to generate shed sediment (scum) on the yarn path. This polyurethane resin composition (W) is characterized by: containing a block polymer (X) and a polyurethane resin (U); (X) having any one of a block (a1) composed of a polyester resin free of urethane bonds, a block (a2) composed of a polyester resin having urethane bonds, or a block (a3) composed of a polyurethane resin free of ester bonds, and also having a block (b1) composed of a C16-44 monovalent hydrocarbon group and/or a block (b2) composed of a monovalent polyorganosiloxane group; the polyurethane resin (U) having neither block (b1) nor block (b2); and a polyol that serves as a constituent monomer of the polyurethane resin (U) having no aromatic ring.
