Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polyurethane urea elastic yarn having an excellent thermosetting property, and a manufacturing method therefor, the yarn comprising a polyurethane urea, which is a reaction product of a prepolymer and a chain extender, wherein the prepolymer comprises a reaction product of a diisocyanate and a polyol in which a polypropylene glycol having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 1,000-5,000, 1.7-2.0 functional groups, and a controlled polymerization rate (CPR) of -2.0 to 1.0 are mixed. According to the present invention, the thermosetting property of a polyurethane urea elastic yarn can be improved, and the thermosetting property of a fabric woven together with the polyurethane urea elastic yarn can also be improved. In addition, the present invention can manufacture, with excellent spinnability and productivity, a polyurethane urea elastic yarn having an excellent thermosetting property.
