Provided is a population change monitoring visualization system for an old district of a historic city, wherein same can effectively reduce a large amount of data preparation and pre-processing workload in the early stage of a project. The system comprises a server and a user terminal, wherein the server establishes a connection with a related department server, and is used for acquiring city factor data on the basis of user requirements, and pre-encapsulating a data processing method for various kinds of city factor data and a related analysis method for population change monitoring; receiving requirements of a user with regard to a region to be researched and data, acquiring related city factor data, and acquiring a corresponding data processing method for processing; matching the city factor data according to spatial position parameters; and receiving the designation of the analysis method, and acquiring a corresponding analysis method from a method management subsystem to perform population change monitoring analysis, wherein the analysis process comprises population prediction, environmental capacity estimation and environmental population carrying capacity estimation, and data obtained in the analysis process can be visualized by means of the user terminal.
