Abstract:

The invention provides a pore-free segmented tire mould and a block thereof. The block comprises multiple pattern pieces and pattern piece shells. The pattern pieces are circumferentially arranged and assembled to form an annular structure capable of accommodating a rubber stock for tire molding, and the pattern piece shell sleeves the outer side of the annular structure. Exhaust channels are arranged inside the annular structure and are communicated with the inner side and the outer side of the annular structure, and each exhaust channel comprises an exhaust gap which is positioned between every two adjacent pattern pieces and arranged along the axial direction of the annular structure, and is capable of preventing the rubber stock from overflowing the annular structure. The exhaust gap is arranged close to the inner side of the annular structure. The mould provided by the invention comprises the block. The pore-free segmented tire mould and the block thereof provided by the invention have a good exhaust performance, and the effects of only exhausting and no rubber leaking are achieved, so that the tread of the finally molded tire has no rubber burr, the appearance quality of the tire is ensured, the unnecessary waste of a rubber material is avoided, and the production cost is ensured.
