Abstract:
A porous composite sound absorption material and a preparation method therefor. The porous composite sound absorption material comprises an activated carbon cotton felt, zeolite particles and an adhesive, wherein the activated carbon cotton felt can bond the zeolite particles to the fiber surface thereof by means of the adhesive, such that the zeolite particles are uniformly dispersed and fixed, and the optimum sound absorption performance is achieved; moreover, a large number of micropore structures on the surface of the activated carbon cotton felt and the zeolite particles produce a synergistic effect, such that the sound absorption performance of the porous composite sound absorption material is significantly superior to that of the two, and the cost performance is extremely high. During the preparation process of the porous composite sound absorption material, the activated carbon cotton felt is subjected to a surface treatment, zeolite particle impregnation, freeze drying, high-temperature curing, foaming, cleaning and other treatments, and is successfully compounded with zeolite particles having better sound absorption performance, such that the sound absorption performance is significantly improved, and the cost performance is extremely high. After a rear cavity of a loudspeaker is filled with the porous composite sound absorption material, the low-frequency performance thereof can be significantly improved.
