Abstract:
This porous copper body (10, 110) is provided with a skeleton (12) having a three-dimensional network structure, and is characterized in that: an oxidation-reduction layer formed by oxidation-reduction processing is provided to the surface of the skeleton (12); and the average crystal grain size of the whole body including the skeleton (12) and the oxidation-reduction layer is set so as to be at least 5% of the diameter of the skeleton.
