Abstract:

The present invention relates to porous filter media having a double-layered structure in which a positive charge is added, and a preparation method therefor, which: increase microorganism filtration ratio and collection efficiency and reduce pressure loss by forming fiber layers in a double-layered structure and adding a positive charge to a second fiber layer; allow the fiber layers to be firmly bound without a separate binding means such as a needle punching machine, a resin adhesive, a surfactant and thermal bonding by layering the fiber layers in a liquid phase; and allow a desired filter function to be carried out by not modifying pores and the original shape, and a filter composition to be contained in a filter slurry of each filter layer comprises 55-75 wt% of an ultra-fine staple fiber, which is a glass fiber having a diameter of 0.1-1.0 μm, 10-25 wt% of a microfiber, which is a glass fiber having a diameter of 1.0-5.0 μm, and a chopped glass fiber in an amount of more than 0 wt% and less than or equal to 35 wt%, which is a glass fiber having a diameter of 5 μm or more, thereby increasing the amount of water flow and collection efficiency.
